I've been reading things like The Little History of England by Jonathan McGovern and Atrocitology by Matthew White, among others.
Each has a format with fairly short self contained chapters about a topic within a wider theme.
I'm looking for more non-fiction books like that, so I can pick the book up for a short reading session and then get back on with my day.
Topics I'm particularly interested in at the moment are;
- Mythology/Folklore
- Crime
- History
But I'm interested in a wide range of non-fiction topics, so if you have a suggestion along that format, I'd love to hear it.
