As the title mentions, I have been looking to get more into short stories and novellas recently, as I feel like I have been massively missing out (and I feel like they aren't talked about that often in general, unfortunately).
"I Have No Mouth And I Must Scream" is a favourite of mine, but it does not have to be horror-related or anything – as long as it stuck out to you, I would like to hear about it!
Short story collections are also on the table as well, absolutely – I read Friday Black by Nana Kwame Adjei-Brenyah last year, and I really enjoyed it (take that as my recommendation from me to you 😌).

Also, don't be afraid to recommend ones that are classics or "Oh, he has probably read that one already" – chances are that I haven't 😆
I'm looking forward to hearing what you guys recommend! And I hope whoever is reading this has a nice day/night ❤️

All Systems Red by Martha Wells. It’s a sci fi novella, and the first of the Murderbot Diaries series.

    2. Catastrophe by Dino Buzzati and Tunneling to the Center of the Earth by Kevin Wilson are really great short story collections, and the stories are weird and different. I really enjoyed them and go back to them often!
