Hi, I’m someone who has always been high achiever since I was a kid. Recently got diagnosed with ADHD followed by traumatic events and bad breakup. My job was also affected and I had to take a break from it.
I’m at a stage where I have absolutely no clue how to get back up and find my purpose again along with a changed perspective on how to calmly deal with things without jumping to conclusions. I used to have tons of confidence and now I’m doubting myself if I can even go back to my day to day tasks.
Any non-fiction/self help book which can be a helpful read.
