    Hi.

I know too much, literally, though I plan to keep learning more. I know about meditation, spiritual practice, mathematics, computers, psychology, sociology, politics, etc. etc. I've spent a lot of my life reading and understanding things, but this, obviously, doesn't bring me happiness.

I need to get a job that I can tolerate, so that's on the agenda for this year. The idea of that grind, and the precarity of it all, has me stressing. I tried reading The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F***, but it isn't for me. I'm reading Unf*** Your Boundaries, and that has already been very helpful.

I just need something that'll settle my mind about the world that I live in, somehow. Just, something that'll put me on the right path, even if it's fiction. Just, I need to feed something, so that I can do the meditation and the work and things like that, regardless of circumstances.

    Thanks. :o)

    1. A Psalm For The Wild Built by Becky Chambers is sci-fi that tackles feeling dissatisfied like that. Might be helpful? It’s short and lovely.
