I love reading poetry. But while I am able to interpret classic poems by poets like keats, mary oliver etc , I am having trouble interpreting contemporary or modern poetry. Both categories seem vastly different. Where could I be going wrong ? How can I improve? Asking this as I want to be able to enjoy reading contemporary poetry as well.
