I need a good vacation book.

I’m taking a mommy daughter trip with my 9 year old daughter. Our first solo trip and I’m so excited. I always bring a book to read, it’s a bit of a joke, “Don’t forget your book” everyone laughs. I never get the chance to read. Then I got a kindle so I had more options and it still hasn’t improved much.

Well, this trip is a bit more off the grid and I’m hoping I get a chance to read, at least on the plane or at night before bed.

Anyway looking for an easy read that I can easily pick up and put down. I don’t care so much what it’s about. I’m just not really into mystery books or nonfiction.
