Recommendations for a good mystery or thriller?

I also enjoy YA thrillers and mysteries from time to time (ex; Karen McManus, Holly Jackson, Maureen Johnson).

I’d say that I enjoy the mystery component more than the thriller component – I really enjoy trying to figure out whodunit / what happened.

Any recommendations for what books I should try next, based on this?
