Suggest me a book on how to take feedback lightheartedly as a chance to learn—

—not a shitty thing to internalize and to occasionally remember and wince at forever.

I don’t know if this gets to be specifically about receiving feedback, or maybe it has to be an offshoot of conflict avoidance or people pleasing. Working in a creative field, really blunt, inconsiderate feedback is hard to take in stride!
