Books about incestuous mother-son relationships that aren’t just erotica?

I’m looking for books about mother-son incest that actually explores the relationship dynamics and has good characters. It’s a bit odd because I know quite a few books about brother-sister and father-daughter incest that do this, but the only thing that comes up when I try to find books about mother-son relationships are erotica novels with not much depth at all. Not that there’s anything wrong with liking erotica, but it’s just not what I’m interested in. I don’t mind sex in stories and strong sexual themes obviously, I mean it kind of comes with the territory, but I’d like the book to be about the relationship itself.

Whether it be fiction or a memoir (something like The Kiss by Kathryn Harrison, not a self-help book), I’d really like some suggestions because I’m coming up empty.

I understand that this is a pretty weird request to most people. If I should ask a more niche subreddit for this, let me know.

And please don’t suggest Oedipus Rex. Pretty obvious joke but that doesn’t help me.
