best reverse harem book where a mmc brands the fmc with his name while she’s unconscious

I've read a lot of different types of books. There is one specific part of a book I remember but I can't place the title of the book.

The FMC is lying in bed unconscious and one of the MMCs sneaks in to her room and uses a knife to carve his name in to her thigh. She wakes up while he is between her legs and was just finishing up. She was not mad just confused.
