Everytime I go to a book store I race to the penguin modern classics. Occasionally ill find a very interesting read and, in the case of this "mystery book", it was one of the more interesting.
I have no idea what it was called but it had a really appealing pencil sketch cover (at least I think), the book was around 4-500 pages and the loose description was the story or a teenage girl that killed her father or neighbour (can't remember which).
I returned to that same book shop to look for it but (surpise, surprise), it was sold.
Thanks in advance
