Media literacy and American CIA

Hellooo!! I am looking for some nonfiction books to improve media literacy. Additionally, I am looking for a book that highlights the CIA destabilizing socialist/communist governments or just CIA causing havoc for American capitalist gain. I would prefer something that isn't longer than like 400-500 pages ish, but if the rec is really good I can give or take that length.
