Hi everyone! I would love it if I could get some book suggestions! I am trying to read more, but I’ve never read very much in my life honestly. I find it very difficult to keep my interest and huge lengthy books intimidate me. I love mysteries, crime, puzzle-solving, and adventure. I do not love sad books (anymore lol) or horror or romance. I’m also open to reading a more philosophical book.
The few books I have read and enjoyed are the Glass Castle by Jeanette Walls (a bit too sad for me nowadays though) and I liked the puzzle solving of The Inheritance Games.
I actually enjoyed reading the No Fear Shakespeare version of the Taming of the Shrew and Macbeth 🙈 I found them very witty and interesting.
I’m kind of embarrassed at how little I read. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thank you in advance!
