Hello everyone,
I'm looking for a book recommendation based on what the title says. I have severe thalassophobia and am interested in reading a story about someone who shares this fear and has to spend a significant amount of time at sea—think sailors, oil rig workers, fishermen, cruise workers, etc. I'm especially interested in how they cope with the situation, whether it's through psychological thriller elements, suspense, or literary fiction. I'm open to both fiction and non-fiction recommendations. Please, NO horror, sci-fi, fantasy, or dystopia—I'm really not into those genres and probably won't read your recommendation if it's in that vein. Thanks in advance!
