    Heyo. I've been gobbling up books last couple of weeks. I'm currently reading atomic habits and I steadily improving daily. I am interested in learning more about some other improvements I can make to my life.
    I would like book recommendations to help me improve in these areas

    -social interactions / confidence

    -body, gym / yoga

    -sleep

    -memory / brain training

    -dopamine

    -habits

    -back pain

    Also would love books about hallucinagenic and psycodelics.
