Suggest me a tech-focused dystopian novel, that starts with current technology and “realistically” develops it further

Hello,

I've now been looking for a book like this for 2 days, but it can't find what I want.

I want a technology focused book, that starts at currently existing tech and develops it realistically into a dystopian future.

I have read many summaries of dystopian books / cyberpunk, but they all seemed to sci-fi for me.

For example currently there's the surveillance agency's, EU plans the total surveillance of its citizens, AI, police gets more and more possibilities to surveill people for example through data in current cars.

Id like to see the current world as a starting point and read how it could lead to a further dystopian future. Politics to further implement this are also very welcome in the book.

I found so many dystopian novels, that only show a dystopia in 100 years, but not the way to it, that's what I'm looking for.
