Is there an alien invasion story where humanity loses?
I was playing Mass Effect and realized I don’t think I’ve ever seen a game or story where humans loose. Anybody know of a book where we don’t win against all odds?
The “Remembrance of Earth’s Past” series by Liu Cixin. Don’t want to give too much of the plot away, but it’d be hard to claim humanity “won” in that series. It’s also unclear in general who actually did “win”
