Books with a productive character and good role model

I loved Hermione Granger, her hard-working and constant improvement/studying was really inspiring and she became somewhat of a role model for me.

I also liked Julius Novachrono from the Black Clover manga and Dumbledore, the way they talked was so wise and so inspiring.

Is there any books with these types of characters? Hard-working, diciplined, a good leader, and all of those good traits.
