To be more specific, I’m a new reader and I haven’t read a lot. But one thing I know for sure is that while I like sex in books just as much as the next woman, I can’t read trash. I need a book with a plot that is actually told and developed well; and where the writing is excellent. I also enjoy slow burns. I don’t enjoy books that have sex just thrown at you with no build or story surrounding it, that does nothing for me. I find it extremely boring and dissatisfying. I’m pretty much open to any kind of genre, just as long as the book as a whole is great, not just the sexual parts.
Side note: I read It Ends With Us because it was recommended everywhere and I didn’t know any better. I HATED it, so please don’t recommend me anything like it. I also LOVE disturbing themes.

Outlander? Told and developed well; the writing is excellent. Maybe not as much sex as you are looking for but the main romantic relationships are highly developed and remarkably realistic, even within this fantastical setup.
