I am looking for books that at the start while reading it, keeps you with many questions, very eager to get to the big end where everything comes together in a big payoff.
Mystery, maybe even something unsettling. Or maybe a bit like the videogame horizon zero dawn where you find out about some origin story.
Just that feeling of "there is something bigger at play here" and we follow the protegonist that has to figure it out.
