Ourselves to Know, by John O’Hara. Virtually forgotten, but better in my opinion than An Appointment in Samarra.

I really liked How to Find Your Way in the Dark by Derek Miller. One of the most engaging fiction books I’ve read in a while.

Goodnight Mister Tom by Michelle Magorian. I will forever recommend this book until the whole world has read it.

There are several books that I consider underrated, one of them is “Flash: The Tragic Drug Experience” by Charles Duchaussois, a book that at the time was cult and now no one remembers, but I consider it to be an enormous gem.
