So I'm mostly a lover of fiction and have only read a couple of autobiographical books in the past – My days by R.K.Narayan and The diary of a young girl by Anne Frank. Carl Jung's " Memories ,dreams and reflections " has been on my reading list for a long time now. I've read many such short stories too which include works by Dostoevsky and Kafka. I've read the letters of Oscar Wilde and Virginia Wolf and absolutely loved them.
I'm looking for an autobiographical novel which is sad, melancholic and has heavy themes. Full of the author's thoughts and musings. Their observations and inferences. Some Storytelling too.
