I realize that I have never read a book where the romance was centered around the unpopular girl and the bully. I'm not a big fan of bad boy romance, but I wanted to try reading a story in which there was that guy who was apparently bad but wasn't a jerk. If the girl doesn't follow the stereotype 100% and is interesting, even better.
