Brave New World by Aldous Huxley is often mentioned alongside 1984, though it’s a very different dystopia. Both relevant in their own ways though, and definitely worth a read though.
You might also like the non-fiction book “Finding George Orwell in Burma” by Emma Larkin, it’s an interesting look into Orwell’s time in Burma, which helped shape his views.
