does anybody know of any adult popup books?

not adult as in pornographic or NC-17 to use movies as an example, but a content rating of R or PG13. I was talking with a few co-workers about unique books we have in our collection and we realized that a popup book would be a gimmick, but a cool gimmick for a book meant for older audiences.
