I haven't dabbled in horror very much, but I'd like to! I was a huge Silent Hill fan as a teen so tend to lean more toward psychological horror. I love horror that gets more scary when you really look back and reflect on it a few days later. A story that's saying something really deep and existential and using fear to do it.
Some gore is okay, but I don't care for full-on slashers. I also cannot handle gross. So as little gross as possible please!
