A book with a charming male villain as the lead?

Hi all, I’m looking for a book in which the main character who is a male who does bad things, is a criminal or involved with crime in some way. But still has some small minuscule redeeming qualities. For example, he’s not a serial killer who kills for fun or anything. But maybe a thief, mafia leader, or drug kingpin who can be charming, and not entirely evil.
