help finding a book

so a few years ago i found a book i wanted to read but i never bought it. i just remembered it today but i can’t remember the name, i think the main character’s name was amy and she had a miscarriage and a failed suicide attempt but its like a comedy book, the title was something like “im not okay” or something like that
