Basically what the title says.
I struggle with being assertive and I am, by default, very easy going, and I don’t mind adjusting for the people I care about.
However, I struggle to stand up for myself, and lately I have felt the need to identify and define my boundaries clearly for myself and for the people in my life (and also communicate them clearly).
I’m in therapy and I’m working on it, but I was wondering if there were any books out there that could help me.
