I want a story where the dude who can’t let go and accept that someone is dead is actually the good guy.

We have so many insane necromancers and mad scientists and the hero is always saying "you're tragically dead wife is dead Doctor just accept it and move on because what you're doing is evil" I'm sick of it. I want them to be right and actually bring people back from the dead and they are the good guy.
