I have a friend whose marriage seems to be ending after 15-ish years of marriage, two kids, and several miscarriages. It's possible infidelity is involved, but I'm not sure.
She's big into self-help books, so I'd like to recommend something that may help her now. She's emotionally exhausted and doesn't know how to "start over". She's autistic and has ADHD and doesn't seem to particularly enjoy being a parent, at least when her kids are both at home with her all day.
I don't read much in the self-help space so I'm lost as to what's worth recommending here. I'd love to give her some resources, so any suggestions are much appreciated.
