Suggest me a book for my family’s book club. I have many ideas for what I would want to read, but we all have different tastes in books and I’m wondering if there are good books that are generally well-liked regardless of the genre.
My dad, sister and I are mostly into fantasy. I will read anything except nonfiction. My brother and brother-in-law mostly read Star Wars books. My sister-in-law mostly reads YA fantasy and horror. And my mom does not normally read, but wants to participate.
Any suggestions for a one size fits all book? Right now we are reading The Midnight Library by Matt Haig and it seems to be a hit so far.

Fairy Tale by Stephen King
It’s a deviation from his usual horror stuff but hits all the right spots for a multigenerational fairy tale.
The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams.
Aetherbound by EK Johnston
The Book of Lost Things by John Connolly
