Basically the title. I marked it NSFW just to be safe, but I'm looking for books or just any fiction really that has a main character who self-harms, but is not as like the main plot point. I enjoy the realistic fiction stories and the ones that are written to specifically bring awareness to mental health, but I want to read some that is more fantasy or adventure with all the typical adventure story elements, like the characters are trying to defeat a "bad guy" or something, but a side plot or conflict is the main character dealing with self harm and depression.
