Books that are similar to Haruki Murakami’s

Hello all,
I have been devouring Murakami books for the past year and can't get enough of the stories he creates. The first one I read was The Wind Up Bird Chronicle and after finishing that one, I was hooked. 1Q84, Norwegian Wood, Killing Commendatore, Wind/Pinball…all so good!! However, I am trying to read other books in between his so I can prolong the inevitable…
I've noticed that through reading his books, he sticks to protagonists who are predominantly men in their late 20s/early 30s who tend to be going through a huge change or weird transition in their lives. His books are kind of mystical/sci fi, but I have a hard time explaining exactly what genre I would put them in. But they are so good and I've been trying to find books or authors that are similar, so if any of you can suggest me a book that may fit into what I'm looking for, I'd be super grateful!
