Best books for overcoming excessive rumination and worrying?
I’m going to reread the Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle and Dugas’ paper on CBT, but please recommend me some other books that are genuinely helpful and not just generic manufactured self-help (which is rife in this subject area).
You might consider 10% Happier by Dan Harris. It’s about meditation mainly but goes into how meditation helps worrying/rumination. It also includes some praise and criticism of Eckhardt Tolle.
