I find myself always focusing on what I don’t have, every single mistake I make, always feeling like nothing is ever enough. I hate that my brain obsesses like this and I want to change that thought process, because it’s not healthy and I feel like it keeps me from enjoying the present time in my life.
I am looking for a book that would help to enlighten me on how to change this way of thinking and apply practices to improve my ability to be thankful & happy with what I have in life, who I have in my life and to stop all of these obsessive negative thoughts that’s serve me nothing.
