Hello!
My friend's birthday is coming up soon, and I want to buy her a book about psychology, since she wants to study it and really enjoys reasing about it. But all the books I find online are either textbooks, or those gimmicky business 'psychology' books about making more money or winning arguments.
Can anyone suggest books that are good for an academic reader, and are a good middle ground between too casual and too professional? Something slightly more on the scientific/neurological side would be excellent.
