Any fantasy book where the mc is not the chosen one ?

Basically I want the mc to not be the chosen hero/the one of the prophecy….etc.
I would like a story about a simple guy/girl forced to become the savior by chance and not by some Mary sue kind of power that make him/her the "only one" who can do it.

I have read most of the commonly know stuff so the more obscure is the series the better.
