I just finished a book written by Jean Staune (I have the book translated in my native language, I wouldn’t be able to tell the english title for it) and now I want to read either a book by Dostoevsky or Franz Kafka. I have an immense urge to read philosophy but I don’t know what book I should choose from either of those two authors. I would appreciate if you guys helped!

The Penal Colony or The Trial by Kafka are both intense. Brothers Karamazov by Dostoevsky is kind of a tough read, but I really enjoyed Notes from Underground and Crime and Punishment. Crime and Punishment is what I would recommend.
If you can stick with it (genuinely) you can’t go wrong with The Brothers Karamazov, one of Dostoevsky’s last (or later?) novels he threw all his philosophical ideas at it, but man it’s one tough read, I read it twenty years ago and haven’t been brave enough to revisit it.
But if you want a really good philosophical easy read I highly recommend any Herman Hesse, Steppenwolf or Demian are two great ones
I read alot of Zizek and want to recommend “The Parallax View”
A Short Stay in Hell is a great one. Finished it in a day or two, but gave me lots to think about
