i'm currently reading the wandering inn series and boy are those books LONG! i'm enjoying them, but it's really messing up my totals for the year.
so i'm looking for recommendations for books maybe 200 pages or less to play some catch up.
i like sci-fi, fantasy, & ya, but i'm open to other genre's if you think the book is worth it!

Have you read the Heartstopper books by Alice Oseman? They’re YA and very quick, cute reads.
the dangers of smoking in bed by mariana enriquez – it’s a short story collection, wanna say it was about 200 pages, i finished it in a few hours.
what’s your reading goal? 🙂
*A Psalm for the Wild Built* and *A Prayer for the Crown-Shy* are short and wonderful reads. They’re the first two books in Becky Chambers’ *Monk and Robot* series. I hope there’s more soon.
I also recommend short story anthologies. *The Year’s Best* sci-fi series is a great way to discover new authors.
All Systems Red, the first Murderbot book, is under 200 pages.
I have just read the man who saw seconds, a man gets to see slightly into the future, it goes into the existence of free will and changing fate, it made me really think about the philosophy of those things late into the night, it has great action throughout and keeps its fast pace, but is 300 pages, I think it could work, although you should look into it rather than take my word for it.
Following! Also here to add “I want to die but I want to eat teobokki”
