Not looking for sympathy nor fishing for comments of support, but I've been in a massive depressive hole for c.9 months. Previous to this I'd read 50-100 a year, every year for over a decade.
I haven't read one book in 9 months.
Enough is enough and I'm looking to get my life started again from tomorrow by purchasing an audiobook and getting some serious steps in, out in nature. Hopefully this, repeated daily will be a great help.
If you were in my position, or someone you cared about was, what book would you recommend them?
Sorry if heavy. Again not looking for any support or sympathy, but your book recs are greatly appreciated.
*Edit – any genre or type welcome. I also use a number of audiobook services i.e. Audible, Spotify etc so majority of books will be available for me. Even if not, recommend anyway as will be looking for purchase books for my Kindle also.
