I’m looking for a book that I won’t be able to stop thinking about.

Like the title says, I'm looking for a book that I won't be able to stop thinking about. I'm not too picky about the genre, although I'm not too interested in non fiction. Recently I read The inmate by Frieda McFadden and loved it so much I didn't put it down until I was done. I have also recently read my sisters keeper which is a completely different genre but soo good. Romance is ok as a subplot but would prefer it not to be the entire premise, also little to no spice please. Thanks!!
