Fave books/tv shows listed below so you can see my tastes.
Some books I've loved so far include:
- The Will of the Many (one of my favorite books this year)
- The House in the Cerulean Sea (so fun and cute)
- Funny Story (loved it– I've read most of her books but this one's my favorite)
- The Bridgerton books
- Red Rising (the first book, but for some reason I got stuck on book 2 and DNF it)
- ACOTAR series (love love love mist and fury wow)
- Piranesi
- The Inheritance Games
- Throne of Glass (unpopular opinion but I liked the first few books better than the last..)
- The midnight library
Books I didn't like:
- Tress of the Emerald Sea (meh)
- The Invisible Life of Addue LaRue (it felt so slow/repetitive idk)
- A Psalm for the Wild-Built (found it boring)
TV shows I love (maybe you have similar tastes as me):
- Shameless
- White Collar
- Fellow Travellers
- Bridgerton
- Maid
- Lucifer
- It's Always Sunny in Philadephia
- Bodyguard
- Shadowhunters (guilty pleasure– I liked the books as well)
Open to any genre! Can be cute and funny or emotional or a mystery or fantasy or historical fiction… literally anything.
In books I like: short sentences (I find it easier/faster to read), slow burn (if there's romance, I hate when the two character get together too fast), long series (it helps w character development and world building..)
