I wasn’t sure where else to post this but I’m feeling a little crazy and wanted to know if other people caught this. Slight spoilers I guess, but only in regards to where a character gets introduced in the book.
On page 53, in the scene with Clara and Hui, after Hui throws Clara a jug, the next paragraph reads, “Emory unstoppers it and sniffs suspiciously.” Emory is not in the scene and she’s Clara’s mother which makes me wonder if there’s something purposefully weird about it, otherwise it seems like a massive oversight by the editor.
