There was a car accident in my driveway and a young man died. I’m having a hard time with my anxiety over it, my father passed in a tragic car accident as well.
I’ve read plenty of books on working through grief after losing a loved one(family and friend deaths have been common in the last few years), but I’ve never had a stranger’s death affect me like this. I can’t sleep, having a hard time eating, feeling anxious that this is going to happen again and I’ll just have a death site for multiple people(thanks anxiety).
I’ve planned to put a memorial garden in that area, but would like a book recommendation if anyone can think of something.
Not looking for religious based books. Dark humor is a coping strategy for me if that helps at all
Thank you!
