Hey everyone, I enjoy watching videos from Veritasium and I love how much joy and curiosity they spark in me. I love the way the videos explain the subject, tell stories and convey an excitement for science. Do you folks have any book recommendations that would have a similar effect?
For context, I'm an engineering PhD student in my mid-20s.

For physics, I highly recommend *We Have No Idea* by Daniel Whiteson and Jorge Cham. It’s a funny guide to all the things physicists haven’t figured out about the universe yet.
