I am having a hard time explaining to a certain someone how I feel when my emotional insides feel like they're all inflamed and I need to talk about it, when he thinks I need him to solve my problem with a logical solution. Maybe there's a book I can read that will put it into words he can understand? That he'll then say he wants to read? and then he'll understand how it's not about needing a solution, it's about needing him to listen and say "there, there, I got your back" not "You never want a solution, you just want to complain"?
