Been a big horror kick lately and ones that always get me (with games and movies) are social horrors about stalkers or just general situations which make you untrusting of everyone around you.

If you know the Chilla’s Art games, you know exactly what I’m going for. Situations that make you question every little thing and have you looking over your shoulder while pumping gas, being nervous when someone asks how your day is going, that sort of thing.

Does anybody have any suggestions for books like this? I’m starting to get back into reading fresh after getting my first kindle so I’ve got no idea where to start!

If you’re into books that mess with your head, “House of Leaves” by Mark Z. Danielewski is a good choice

The story within a film review within the outer story is about a family that moves into a new home and discovers there is more within than without. However: the film that documents their experience is not real and yet something is starting to happen to the person reading the critical analysis of this non-existent film. The text changes size, flips around, and has wild footnotes.
