Hi all,
By difficult, I mean rude people. Throughout my life, I would simply just avoid them and try my best not to interact with them but there are certain environments such as work where I have to deal with such folks and I don't know how to navigate this.
I have come to the conclusion that I just can't avoid
these type of people forever as I am bound to be in a situation where I do have to deal with them but how can I act/behave when they say offensive things? Or act in an unprofessional manner?
Are there any books out there that give you tools or guide you when it comes to dealing with others?
