If I had to rank the skillsets I would benefit the most on improving, in order from most useful as #1 it would go something like this:
- Influencing others
- Staying calm when others are stressed/upset/angry
- Staying organized at all times
- Remaining effective (despite having a very large workload)
- Negotiation (Finished "Never split the difference" earlier this year and loved it)
